Important Information for Glass Installations

For installations into double-glazed, triple-glazed or toughened glass, the circular hole must be cut before the glass is toughened or sealed. Existing double-glazed units cannot normally be cut after manufacture.

If fitting into an existing glazed door, a replacement glass unit with the correct circular cut-out will usually be required. We recommend using a qualified glazing company to manufacture and install the replacement glass panel.
